Regional Sales Manager

Summary:
McCormick Systems, the Nation’s Leader in Construction Estimating and Project Management Software, is currently looking for an aggressive, experienced Regional Sales Manager to handle one of its territories. You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals focused on meeting and exceeding sales quotas while maintaining excellent customer relations. Your skills, creativity, and innovation are relied upon while furthering your career and knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

*Promote and Sell McCormick Systems products and services
*Develop and maintain customer accounts
*Close new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
*Work within a team – committed to the product and top quality service
*Present to audiences, large or small, products that are offered via the Internet.
*With the latest technology, the majority of the sales are Web and Phone based.

Qualifications:

*5+ years sales experience preferred
*Bachelor’s degree a plus
*Computer literate, experience using contact management software is a plus
*Excellent and professional communication skills – written and verbal
*Reliable, self motivated individual that can promote a “team” attitude
*Looking for an aggressive, career focused, goal oriented person
*Good Selling and Presentation skills
*Some travel is necessary
*Strong time management and organization skills
*Candidates must have excellent customer service skills
*Construction knowledge is a plus.

Salary:
The position is salary + commission. No Cap. Please submit salary history / requirement with resume. Resumes will not be considered without salary history.

Hours and Location:
Position is full time, Monday thru Friday.
Employment will be located in our office in Chandler, AZ.
