2001 NECA SHOWSTOPPER AWARDS:
manufacturers or service providers should be congratulated for being
selected out of the scores of products exhibited at the 2001 NECA Show.
They represent the elite in available products and services as judged by
those who make the purchase decisions - the electrical
Systems' T-Bill (time and material billing system) now interfaces with a
handheld PDA, which enables the entry of electronic work orders in the
field. Field technicians can enter labor hours, materials and specials
before signing the work order on the PDA through "electronic
capture." With wireless PDAs, the work order can be sent to the
office remotely, saving time and money. Otherwise, a simple
"sync" operation back at the office synchronizes the work order
to the office system, thus reducing data entry time."
